Hey all!! Just a heads up that ALL packages have shipped for people who filled out their surveys. There are about 30 of you left with unfilled surveys - if you never received an email from Backerkit, please let us know at [email protected] - we are happy to send your survey link. Store packages will ship next week after the holiday. Surveys will CLOSE in a couple of weeks.
Next, we already emailed everyone involved - but the Roll20 Code will unfortunately not become a reality for us. The company who was supposed to do it initially quoted 6k, but with the much longer, heavier book, we spent an extra $3,000 on shipping, and they UPPED their quote to 9k to adapt the book to Roll20. As such, we are offering anyone who had a roll20 code either a refund or an exchange. Email us at [email protected] if you never received the email about that and wish to do so!

Well, 'nuff said, I guess. Our arms are dead from lugging 1600 lbs of Sundering around (these babies are ~TWO POUNDS APIECE, I HOPE YOU'RE ALL HAPPY!) Just got them off the pallet today!!!!
These are going to take some time to ship, but we hope to get the first batch out on Friday and ship every couple of days from there on out! :)
Print Books Update!

Hey guys!
Digital books have been out for months. If you have not received them, please feel free to email us at [email protected] and we are happy to send you the link to your survey or your downloads.
Print books have been sitting at port for weeks waiting to be unloaded. Apparently there is a shortage of employees able to unload them. Rumor has it that our pallet has FINALLY made it off the cargo container and will be on its way to us next week, so we can hopefully send another update about that in the next two weeks.

Books are also PRINTED but now must be packed and shipped to us from Taiwan, so we're looking at 4-8 weeks time to get to US depending on customs and boat and all of that!

Digital books have gone out, so if you have not received yours, feel free to message or email us for your Backerkit survey link, as your downloads and maps are there!
We just received an update from the printer today:
They closed down for Chinese New Year's and are apparently starting production immediately when they come back, but...4-5 weeks production, 1 week departure port, 2 weeks ocean freight, *1 week at arrival port, *1 week for customs clearance, *1.5 weeks for delivery.
And of course a week or two for us to get all of the rewards shipped to you guys. The sections with * asterisks have flexible times and have been shorter, too, but these are the "longer" estimates.
Dice are also in production and slated to be done in March. Feel free to comment or email if you have any other questions or are confused by anything!
